In a PSA which was made by Benaclp, it was said that there are some requirements that have to be met to complete the Pokedex in Kalos. All pre-gen Pokemon have to be born and raised in Kalos for them to be registered. Any traded Pokemon are not going to be counted.
Benaclp said that he found this out the hard way. He has got the oval charm and certificates, but the Kalos Pokedex isn’t showing as being complete. He found out that his Buizel, was from an older gen Pokemon game and this was the issue. Breeding or catching the same Pokemon locally fixes it.
This had the Pokemon community intrigued, so if you think that you have completed it you may not have when you bear this in mind.
