Pokebank: Anticipation May Turn To Anger Even After US Release

Just a month ago, the entire Pokemon population was in a hype overdrive as they were closing in on PokeBank’s release. Those smiles on the faces of the fans were quick to turn into frowns following a failed launch for the much-anticipated service.

It was just a couple of weeks ago when Nintendo attempted to launch the PokeBank. To the horror of both the fans and company, the eShop server crashed due to overwhelming traffic, hence causing a delay with PokeBank’s release.

Ever since then, Nintendo revealed that it will launch the PokeBank from region to region in a bid to control the traffic and avoid any unwanted issues.

While some of the Japanese Pokemon community managed to grab hold of the PokeBank before it was taken down, US players have just been watching in agony. Nintendo looks set to release the service to the US players. However, no re-release date got revealed, leaving the US Pokemon fans waiting for even a small taste.

The anticipation for PokeBank among the fans might just turn into anger even if it got released today. There appears to be reports on hacked Pokemon coming through the PokeBank before it even completed its launch as some Japanese users found out.

A photo of a shiny Pokemon with Dream World ability got uploaded on the internet a few days ago. This seems impossible. To capture a shiny Pokemon is hard enough and to get it with the Dream World ability is simply impossible.

That is not the end of it. Another image revealed a shiny Pokemon that is caught with a Master Ball. This is simply unbelievable. Things got extra hilarious when another picture showed a Level 1 Gengar.

The worst part is that these Pokemon went through the PokeBank smoothly. This is a worrying sight. Soon, Pokemon X & Y will be infested with these hack breeds. Nintendo should make sure the PokeBank is more secure or the company will face the complaints from the fans again even after they please them with a release.
