Planetside 2 will be the next big thing coming to the gaming consoles and there is a lot of excitement for it. Just recently, a leak video of the game went viral on YouTube which excites the fans even more. The bad news is that the video was discovered to be a fake and has been removed ever since.
Those who have seen the video are probably looking forward to May 26 as that is the day Planetside 2 arrives. The release date can be seen after clicking the link which the video provided. The link will take viewers to the PSN store where they can see Planetside 2 advertised with its release date.
That particular date is actually more of a placeholder. It is subject to further confirmation from the game developers. Nevertheless, it does sketch a rough idea of when Planetside 2 will debut.
As for the playthrough, it wasn’t even played on the PS4. The game’s HUD was absent throughout and this can only be removed when played on the PC. This further proves that the video was indeed a hoax.
All in all, fans can expect Planetside 2 to offer something similar to its PC version. While the release date has yet to be confirmed, fans can look forward to playing Planetside 2 before the year ends.
