The Hilux is one of Toyota’s most successful creation, and not long from now, the pick-up truck will be getting a new look.
Upon viewing the concept, one can easily notice the Highlander-cum-Corolla grille with horizontal chrome bars in fixed in between each partition. On top of that, the 2015 Hilux is going to be much larger than any of its predecessors.
This next-gen look for the long-serving pick-up truck is completed with the 2.5 litre and/or a 3 litre diesel engine and also with an additional option of a 4 litre petrol V6. This will surely pose a serious threat to the VW Amarok, the Ford Ranger, the Mazda BT50 and the Nissan Frontier.
The Toyota Hilux is expected to make its arrival by Q1 2015. Meanwhile, fans can look forward to the unveiling of the pick-up truck before the end of this year.
