Fans have been waiting for Blizzard to release the Competitive mode for Overwatch but it looks like they might have to wait a little longer.
The Competitive Mode was playable when Blizzard first releases the beta version of the game but they decided not to release it with the game. Blizzard added that they wanted to do some tweaking to the Competitive mode before releasing it.
The original plan was to release the Competitive Mode this month but it looks like they might need more time. The developers tweet that hopefully, they will be able to release the Competitive Play in July. Note “Hopefully”.
As of now, the developers are hoping that they will get it done by the mid or end of July but there is a possibility that we might have to wait a little longer for the new model to be added to the game.
