After so much publicity, the Oppo Find 7 is finally being unveiled in Beijing and it looks to come in two different models. One is a Full HD display while the other is QHD. Aside from that, there aren’t many differences in the display capabilities of both devices.
One of them is called the Oppo Find 7A. It is the one with the Full HD on its 5.5inch screen that offers 1080p resolution at 401ppi. It is equipped with the 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 quad core processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB of storage that is expandable with a microSD card.
The other device has the same 5.5 inch display although this one is QHD that offers 2560p resolution at 534ppi. It runs on the Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage that is also expandable up to 128GB.
A benchmark test has been done and they are as follow:
Oppo Find 7A (Full HD) Benchmark Results: Quadrant (2234), Antutu (37198), Vellamo -HTML 5 (2967); Metal (1308)-, Basemark (61.19) and Oppo Find 7 (QHD) – Benchmark Results: Quadrant (22126), Antutu (35424), Vellamo -HTML5 (2988); Metal (1371)-, Basemark (59.61).
It appears that the HD version of the device actually have a higher score compared to its higher end counterpart. It could be due to the lower pixel count which doesn’t stress the hardwares. However, there is no denying that the second model offers a breathtaking view on its display.
It is unknown on the pricing of both devices but they sure look great. Despite the narrow gap between the two, it is a dilemma to choose one of them. Which would you pick?
