OnePlus One is a China-made smartphone that has a strong appeal to the consumers due to its high-end specs and super-affordable price tag. Today, things are not quite as how it used to be for OnePlus One as the device is starting to get on the consumer’s nerve.
Many consumers who purchased the OnePlus One discovered that they have been receiving a faulty model. This was discovered when OnePlus One users got together to voice out their concerns in a discussion on Reddit.
It appears that most of them experience an issue where the audio system fails to function. The situation grew bitter when consumers had to go through a long wait to get a response and some assistance from OnePlus One.
Some users actually had to wait 3 months before OnePlus One responded and by that time, the exchange policy has already expired.
It is unsure if this is intentional from the China tech company but after hearing out the complains, there is a possibility of swindling. At the moment, the only solution is through contacting the credit card company which handled the purchase. Doing so is confirmed to get OnePlus to act fast in assisting the troubled users.
