OnePlus One Allegedly Deliver Faulty Devices For Global Pre-Orders?

OnePlus is a China-based company that has made a name for itself after launching the One smartphone. This is not surprising as the OnePlus One came out with a super cheap price tag while also being more powerful than most high-end mainstream smartphones.

Despite that fact, the company is now being part of a controversy for giving buyers a faulty product. Most buyers who ordered the device are now angry with OnePlus after learning that the smartphone is not working normally.

In a discussion among OnePlus One owners, many encountered an issue where the phone’s audio system failed to function. There is a return exchange policy practiced by OnePlus One but it took the company a long time to respond. For some buyers, it is unfortunate that the waiting time stretched to 3 months that leads to the expiration of the policy period.

The only way around this is to contact the credit card company which buyers used to purchase the device. This will then pressure OnePlus One to respond quickly and provide a solution.

It is not easy for the consumers since OnePlus One is based in China and the only way to get the smartphone is through ordering it online. Also, it is unsure if OnePlus purposely send out the damaged smartphone to bag easy profits.
