Then, if the download requires you to complete surveys, these surveys would make you buy something using your credit card and there would not be a real iOS 7 jailbreak after that. There were also those who claimed that they have a working iOS 7 jailbreak but they need some donations. These people usually come up on Twitter and forums. Always bear in mind, you would never have to give out your credit card details for a jailbreak.
