Since late last year, Fallout fans have been the victim of Bethesda’s secrecy. Many hoaxes, rumours and speculations have been surfacing which hints on Fallout 4 being in development.
It first started with the hoax website, Survivor2299, which fooled the entire Fallout population. The fans are clearly unhappy having fallen prey to their own desires. Not long after, more leaks began to surface which touches on Fallout 4.
The most popular leak came late last month when a casting call got shared by Kotaku which strongly hints on Fallout 4. Even though there is the game’s title is not present on the casting script, the whole line of words convinced the fans that it is Fallout material.
As of this moment, the Fallout community are tired of being played with. They are calling for the game developer, Bethesda, to come clean once and for all. An online petition is going on at the moment to gather support for this demand.
The petition, held at change.org, is demanding Bethesda to reveal the status of Fallout 4. The fans don’t need any information regarding the game but they could use a final word to avoid falling prey to the hoaxes again.
In addition to that, the petition wants Bethesda to confirm two things:
1. Whether Fallout 4 is in development?
2. Will it be set in Boston?
