No iPad Mini 4 Coming As Small Tablet To Be Discontinued?

A couple of months ago, Apple updated the iPad Mini with the third generation model. Like every new version, the latest iPad Mini 3 is more powerful than its predecessors. Unfortunately, there is a buzz going on suggesting that the Mini 3 is the last of the iPad Mini.

The word is that Apple has axed the iPad Mini from any future models. This is due to the company, which plans to deliver larger tablets like an iPad Pro. The latter is said to come with a 12.2” screen as it runs on the A8X processor. Also, the iPad Pro will come with an 8MP rear and a 1.2MP front camera.

The iPad Pro will also be completed with the many features found on the latest iPads. This includes Apple Pay and iHealth functions. The iPad Pro is going to be wider and slimmer than the iPad Air 2.

On the other hand, Apple will still develop a small tablet in the future. The Cupertino-based company will be using the iPhone 6 Plus and make it larger to a region where it measures around the 7-inch mark. It is also said that the success of the iPhone 6 Plus has led to this decision being made.

Then again, these are just rumours that are pending for confirmation by Apple. If it is to be true, then we bid farewell to the iPad Mini.
