It might not have been so obvious if these two models were not shown side by side. Both the Nissan Titan Warrior and the Ford F-150 Raptor was shown off at the Detroit Auto Show and those at the event immediately notice how similar these two models were.
From the design of the vehicles to the color of choice and tires, it felt like the two models design by the same automaker but they were not. So who copied who? It could be just a coincidence but a lot of people seems to think that it was Nissan that took a page out of Ford’s design handbook.
The Ford F-150 Raptor came powered by a 3.5 liter turbocharged engine that was mated to a 10-speed auto transmission. The engine will deliver about 450hp. Under the hood of the Nissan Titan Warrior is a 5.0 liter Cummins turbodiesel engine that will be mated to a seven-speed auto transmission.
