You might want to be more alert when you are driving behind a Nissan Pathfinder because it might mislead you with its faulty brake light.
Nissan is currently issuing a recall to recall back the Nissan Pathfinder after it was reported that the brake light on the Nissan Pathfinder might not be working correctly.
According to the report, the brake light on the Nissan Pathfinder will remain on even after the pedal is released. They also added that the brake light switch might also affect the brake shift interlock which means the driver will be able to exit the car even when the transmission is not in the ‘park position’.
A total of 79,853 units of the Nissan Pathfinder will be affected by the issue. Those affected are the 2013 and 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Affected owners should be contacted by Nissan before the 25th of July.
