Nissan has unveiled a brand new Sports Sedan Concept and it looks like nothing we’ve ever seen before. While the Japanese carmaker remained silent on the vehicle, we believe that the study will be the next Nissan Maxima.
This is due to the fact that the Maxima is the only active Sports Sedan under Nissan’s arm and it is about time for it to get updated with a new model. Of course, if this is to come true, the Maxima will be slightly toned down from the concept model.
Despite the highly advanced looks on the study, we can still sport the some styles from past Nissan vehicles. This includes the boomerang headlights and taillight. Then, there are the GT-R inspired elements like creased fenders, slim roof and black-out A pillars.
Inside the Sports Sedan Concept, it is like a whole other world. The gauges are neatly placed beneath the central infotainment system. Also, the seats are all wrapped in premium leather.
The fact that the Concept comes completed with headlights, tailgates, wheels and door mirror makes it look like it is ready to be produced. If so, we expect the final product to be powered by a 3.5liter V6 engine with an estimated acceleration of 0-60mph in 5.8 seconds.
