Fans were a little concern when Nintendo announced that the Nintendo Switch will only come with 32GB of internal storage. With the highly anticipated The Legend of Zelda already taking up 13.4GB if they were to get the Digital version, it felt like the Nintendo Switch would run out of space in no time.
However, Nintendo has seen step out to clarify that the Nintendo Switch will be able to support up to 2TB of external memory. They reveal that the console will support SDXC card and while there is no 2TB card in the market right now, Nintendo said that it will be supported once the card arrives.
While that means that the console will not run out of space, it also means that users will have to spend more to complete the Nintendo Switch console now. A 512GB SDXC memory card will cost $200 right now.
