We know that Nintendo will be coming out with a new console this year called the Nintendo NX and while we understand that want to keep all the details to themselves before it is time to announce to keep things exciting, it looks like Nintendo is also holding back information from developers and that is making them frustrated with Nintendo.
Thomas Mahler, the director of Ori and the Blind Forest commented that Nintendo is unwilling to share any details about the Nintendo NX and that is making it hard for developers to start developing games for the new console.
He added that he thinks Nintendo will have no software support when the console is released this year because they still do not have a dev kit out. Mahler said that Nintendo is not the only one adding that every hardware manufacturer is “insanely secretive” about their hardware.
There is really not much about the Nintendo NX but we are expecting to hear more about it this year.
