Fans of the Subaru badge have been utterly gutted after seeing the WRX STi getting a horrendous design. It came as a surprise since the concept model had a totally different look.
Now, there appears to be more bad news for the fans as the next Subaru WRX has been tipped to have a similar look.
Chief of designer from Subaru, Mamoru Ishii, revealed that the company has taken Subaru’s design to a whole new direction that will excite the industry. In detail, the lad confirmed that he will be using the key proportion of the existing WRX for the future models.
This massive makeover is due to the new modular chassis development that Subaru is currently working on. CEO Yasuyuki Yoshinaga confirms that the 2016 Impreza will be coming with this new design.
