Rumours have been linking Motorola to produce a selfie stick that will aid smartphone users in taking selfies. However, the rumours were proven to be false and have hence became a subject of an April Fool’s joke.
If you are to check out this link here, you will be taken to a page that looks like an official Motorola page. Right in the middle of the website, there are texts quoting the Moto selfie stick.
However, it looks as if the image is being loaded through a loading meter fixed in the middle but it will never load. So those who’ve waited, including us, suffered an eternal wait before realizing that it is actually an April Fool’s prank.
Regardless, we have to admit that this is a smart prank since the message here is that the Moto Selfie Stick is never going to happen. Well done to the creator.
