Back in 2013, the Motorola Moto G is considered by many as one of the most reliable smartphones around. Now, the phone manufacturing company has confirmed that the Moto G will be joining the second generation Moto X and various other devices in getting the Android 5.0 Lollipop update.
This latest mobile OS from Google is already out and it offers a brand new look, as well as tons of new features for that will please the tech junkies. Such an update will surely be welcomed by Moto G users worldwide.
The confirmation also rubbishes the rumours which suggest that the Moto G won’t be getting the Android 5.0 Lollipop update due to its mid-grade specs. Motorola claims that the Snapdragon 400 processor and 1GB of RAM is good enough to run the latest mobile OS.
Clearly, this is an exciting period of time for every Moto G users in the world. Unfortunately, Motorola has failed to share on when the Android 5.0 Lollipop update will be pushed out. Nevertheless, users can expect it to arrive before the start of February 2015.
