Kpopstarz.com have announced that apparently Mass Effect 4 won’t be released this year. They are claiming that instead, BioWare will be putting their attention to Dragon Age: Inquisition which is due to come out later on in the year and after that they will work on Mass Effect 4.
Former BioWare community manager, Chris Priestly took to the BioWare official forum to state that they are working on Dragon Age this year as theyare preparing themselves for its release.
He went on to say that despite there not being a great deal of hype from fans about Dragon Age 2, it is important that BioWare focus on the game by expanding Dragon Age Origin to Dragon Age Inquisition is crucial to ensure that Dragon Age has a future. He also said that BioWare would be unable to put their full attention to the game if they were to work on the Mass Effect franchise at the same time.
He revealed that the reason why there hasn’t been much information about Mass Effect may be down to the fact that Bioware don’t want to get everyone all excited for Mass Effect and then have to halt everything for the release on Inquisition.
At this moment in time there has been very little information given about Mass Effect 4. The last thing we heard was that the game’s story would not be following Captain Shepard anymore and that the game woulld probably be given a diffentent title than Mass Effect 4.
