Just last week, MINI released an image of their new concept vehicle, which appears to be a pickup truck. It automatically became a buzz worldwide which caused MINI to roll out more images of the study yesterday.
Taking a closer look at the Concept, the front half of the vehicle seems like it has been taken from the MINI Paceman. The rear half however, is an open cargo bed which confirms that the vehicle is a pickup truck.
The Concept is designed by students from BMW’s plants in Munich and Dingolfing, and it was created under the guidance of their instructor. The team called it, the MINI Paceman Adventure.
Staying true to its name, the designers revealed that the Concept is able to go off-road with ease. It has the basic off-road equipment like overhead spotlight and fog lights. Also, the Paceman Adventure has a raised ground clearance which makes it all the more capable of climbing a mountain and crossing a river.
On the downside of things, the Concept is just a one-off thing. This means that it won’t be entering production despite of the interest shown by the public. If it does get produced, then the MINI Paceman Adventure will surely be the hottest, cutest pickup truck in its segment.
