Well, that is one way to make a fast buck, all you need to do is release a sequel game based on a popular game and you are good to go or, at least, that is what it seems.
Despite the whole thing looking suspicious right from the start, people still feel for the fake game. The game was released by Scott Cawthorn, that alone suggest that it is a fake since it is a play on Scott Cawthon, the creator of Five Nights of Freddy.
The game, Minecraft: Pocker Edition 2 was released on iTunes and withing moments, the game shoot right up the chart landing itself on the 4th spot. Of course, the gig was up as soon as people actually started playing it. The game was nothing like Minecraft at all but a zombie game with Scorpion from Mortal Kombat.
Mojang has now stepped in remove the game from iTunes
