One of the benefits of playing the game Minecraft is that you get to try out all the interesting mods that people have created or created a mod on your own. The downside is that you won’t be able to upgrade your game since upgraded the game could mean that some of the mods might not work anymore.
Well, Microsoft notice that as well as they have now decided to make modding a part of the game. Microsoft adding that they are going to encourage their fans to make the game into anything they want to the point where the game does not even feel like Minecraft anymore.
The best part of it all is that the new Add-Ons initiative will eventually make its way to the console versions of the game as well. The mods will also be future proof which means it will still be there even after you’ve upgraded the game.
