After the success of the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, Microsoft has moved forward with the new Microsoft Surface Pro 4 which is a tablet cum portable laptop. For this latest model, there is a slight different with the previous one with the display. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 gets a 12.3-inch display, supporting a 2,737 x 1,824 resolution.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is thinner and lighter than the previous model, but they have the same wireless capacities and port placement. Both also have the same connectivity, MiniDisplay Port, a 3.0 USB port, SD card slot, the Type Cover port, and Bluetooth 4.0 and 866 Mbps.
The keys for the Type Cover keyboard are wider, significant of the Chiclet-style keyboards from the MacBook Air and Ultrabook. The Type Cover can be bought separately with an additional cost of $130.
You can get the standard Microsoft Surface Pro 4 for $899 that includes an Intel Core m3. 128GB storage, 4GB of RAM, pen but exclude the Type Cover. Add on another $100 and you can get a more powerful and dynamic Intel Core i5 version, that comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage.
