We know that the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL did not do as well as Microsoft was hoping it would. Compared to the sales of the Apple iPhon 6s Plus, the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL was way behind but is the Apple iPhone Plus really that much better?
In terms of specs, we think the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL might have a slight advantage. The Microsoft Lumia 950 XL will be coming with a 5.7 inch QHD AMOLED display screen with 2560 x 1440 resolution and 515ppi. The device will be running on the Snapdragon 810 chipset and will come with 32GB of internal storage. The Lumia 950 XL will also be fitt3ed with a 20MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera.
The Apple iPhone 6s Plus, on the other hand, will come with a 5.5inch display screen that had a resolution of 1920 x 1080 ad 401ppi. The device will be running on the A9 chipset from Apple with 2GB RAM and 16/64/128GB of internal storage. The Apple iPhone 6S Plus was also fitted with a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera.
When it comes to design, the Apple iPhoen 6S Plus was the obvious winner. Although the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL was marketed as a premium model, it did not look like a premium model at all. Then there was the whole issue about the Lumia 950 XL running on the Windows 10 OS that ultimately brought the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL down.
