Here is the thing. The Microsoft Lumia 950 XL on its own is not a bad smartphone but people are still very skeptical about the Windows 10 OS.
Most people are worried about the lack of apps that the Windows Store seems to have and it looks like Microsoft might have given the consumers another reason why they should avoid the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL.
Like the PC version, a lot of the Windows 10 phone users are having a lot of problem with the Microsoft Edge. We know that Microsoft is also working hard to fix some of the issues but it looks like while the Windows 10 Mobile will still be getting updates, the mobile version will not be getting any browser extensions from Windows.
It was clear that extension was part of the plan in the beginning since the smartphone icon was there alongside the PC and tablet icon but in the latest update, the smartphone icon seems to be missing.
The fact that the mobile version will not have the same function as the tablet and PC version will give the consumers more reason to hate on the windows 10 powered devices like the Lumia 950 XL.
