Try as they might, Microsoft just can’t seem to convince the consumers that their Windows 10 powered smartphones are the next big thing. Despite the Microsoft Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL both coming in with better than decent specs, people just would not buy them.
So what does Microsoft do? Well, they will try to make the 950 XL look more appealing by offering to give out the Microsoft Lumia 950 for free. All you need to do is to but the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL. It is that simple.
According to Microsoft, you will need to buy the unlock version of the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL from their Microsoft Store and you will be given a free Microsoft Lumia 950. The deal will start on the 1st of May 2016.
