The Hyundai Santa Fe will be powered by a 3.3 liter V6 engine that will be mated to a six-speed auto transmission. The engine will be delivering about 290hp and 252lb ft of torque. The Santa Fe will also be returning about 18mpg in the city and 25mpg on the highway. Compared to the Mazda CX-9, the Hyundai Santa Fe is slightly more spacious.
The Mazda CX-9, on the other hand, will come running on a 2.5 liter I4 engine that will be mated to a six-speed auto transmission. The engine will be offering about 227hp and 310lb ft of torque.
The Hyundai Santa Fe will retail for $29,335 while the Mazda CX-9 base model will retail for $29,833.
