As excited as the fans can be for the upcoming fourth sequel, they are worried that the flaws of the first trilogy might repeat itself again in this new title. Among them is the tedious grinding for precious minerals.
Fans agree that planet probing minerals can take forever and it the most boring part in the game. As such, Bioware should tweak it to at least make it interesting and not repetitive.
On another note, players hate the idea of being forced into multiplayer. If they wish to play with others, they will do so on the multiplayer mode. Some achievements in the first trilogy actually requires multiplayer to complete and Bioware needs to diversify on that.
If these are looked into, Mass Effect 4 will certainly be in contention for the Game of the Year awards. More importantly, the storyline must be creative as fans fear the trashy ending for Shepard to repeat itself as well.
