We have heard a lot of rumours about EA and a weird and wonderful Willy Wonka style plan for the launch of Mass Effect 4, which has a codename of Boom. Rumours started going around about DLCs and they have been flying around.
This is said to be a revolutionary plan, which involves millions of boxes not having the game inside of it said Play Mag. The press run would involve five actual golden discs. So it seems that anyone wanting to get hold of one could end up having to get many copies to stand a chance of getting a golden disc. However this time the golden ticket, or in this case disc, won’t take the winner to the chocolate factory, instead they win a day out at EA Guildford. Julius H Poppycock will take on the persona of Willy Wonka and be the guide.
QuickALot was fast to get the rumour going around, even though hours before there would not be anyone who would have believed a word of this, before Play Mag made it up so as to blend in with all the other silly rumours that are going around.
The blog made a statement saying It’s simply the next logical step” “You’ve got 12-year old forum members acting like CFOs of major corporations who would do anything, endorse anything for companies that don’t care they exist. It’s great!”
