Whenever there is a competition there has to be a winner and a loser, but today it seems that more and more loser’s only competitions are taking place each and every year. One of these happens to be the consumerist’s worst company in America.
Over the last two years, Electronic Arts have held the title of being the best when it comes to losers. Everyone thought that they would make it a hat trick this year, however it wasn’t to be as they lost out to Time Warner Cable.
The customers voted at 48.8% in comparison to the 51.2% that Time Warner Cable received. So it looks as though all the complaints about Battlefield 4 were not enough to set victory this time around.
EA have over the past two years been guilty of killing the ending of Mass Effect 3 and along with this there was the issue surrounding DRM with SimCity. Without these then EA would never have stood a chance.
Mass Effect 4 is under development at the moment and fans are keeping their fingers crossed that EA is going to bounce back from being classed as the worst company and offer a superb game this time around.
