The next Mass Effect game will be a fresh restart to the series. Bioware already confirmed that Mass Effect 4 will embark on a new adventure with a new protagonist as well. Despite that fact, the fourth sequel will still take place in that same Mass Effect universe.
Having said that, fans of this highly anticipated title have no clue to what sort of adventure is in store for them. Many of the fans have been sharing their opinion on Mass Effect 4’s storyline. While most of them sound ridiculous, one of them captured the attention of the gaming world.
The Redditor suggested that organic lives are coming to an end. This has forced the age of exploration to return as the rich folks need an escape route to avoid the certain doom. A team of scientists got established to seek for a solution.
While things are looking positive, the scientists are becoming a primary target for the Reapers. As such, they are accompanied by a team of mercenaries as they seek out for solution in the Andromeda galaxy. The protagonist will be among them.
In this rendition of Mass Effect 4, Commander Shepard is merely a thing of the past and is uttered at random. Also, there will be no worries to the timing of the Mass Effect universe in the fourth sequel. The Andromeda galaxy will be something really new to the players with so much strange things to look into.
All in all, the idea for Mass Effect 4 is as good as it gets. While it is unlikely for it to be spot on with what is to come, the idea is there and Bioware might have just thought of something similar.
