Mass Effect fans can’t wait for Bioware to release Mass Effect 4 and so should Bethesda and the Fallout fans. This is because Mass Effect 4 can be a great inspiration for the controversial title, Fallout 4, since rumours are indicating that Bethesda is out of ideas for the highly anticipated game.
There are many things that Bethesda can learn from Mass Effect 4 but it seems that the companionship feature can already boost Fallout 4’s gaming experience. Throughout the Fallout series, companions don’t have an impact in the Wasteland as all they do is tail the protagonist around and get killed in action.
Over at the Mass Effect series, companions do have an impact on the game’s plot and they also engage in a personal relationship with the players. If such a thing is available in Fallout 4, there is no doubt that things will be more awesome than how it was in Fallout 3. Besides, it would be cool if players can also have an intimate relationship with their AI counterpart.
Then again, the chances for Bethesda to take its pen and paper out for Mass Effect 4 seems unlikely to happen. Maybe the game developer does have a bright idea on how to make Fallout 4 intense but nobody knows for sure, at least until Bethesda starts announcing on Fallout 4.
