Mahindra is one of the fastest growing automotive companies in the world. Just recently, the Indian carmaker has acquired the signature of Ssangyong and yesterday, it revealed a fabulous concept SUV that will surely be a massive success in the near future to come.
The concept is named the Komodo and was designed by Makrand Patil while the lad is studying in IED Torino. At a glance, the SUV looks like the complete package with its super ferocious front and BMW-liked rear.
In an interview with Patil, the lad revealed that the Komodo is designed to appeal the general market. The SUV is tailored for everyone, be it a businessman or a family man.
Patil added that the Komodo will be big, strong, rugged and luxurious at the same time. It is focused on the Indian terrain, which has one of the worst quality roads. Of course, this will make the vehicle all the more capable of going off-road.
On top of that, the Komodo is built to symbolize everything that stands for Mahindra. Patil described it as the perfect vehicle that exhibits Capability, Authenticity in design and function.
The designer concluded that the Komodo has always been his dream work and Mahindra is already in love with it. On the downside of things, there has yet to be any indication on when the vehicle will be ready.
