As amazing as the LG Nexus 5X is, some users seems to have some issue with the touchscreen with many of them reporting that the screen feels a little laggy at times.
Some users reported that it felt like the scrolling and swiping feels a bit slow on the Nexus 5X. This might not be a problem with the device, but possibly the software setting.
Other users pointed out that the touchscreen seems to lag when they use the Nexus 5X while it is charging. While some reported some slight lag when the phone is charging there were others that reported that the phone is near unusable when it is plugged in.
It is believed that the issue might be an LG hardware issue as there were also reports of LG smartphones lagging when being charged. If that is the case, it is likely that there will be no fix for the issue so users will have to live with it.
