Soon after the Lg Nexus 5X was released, some users have started complaining about the boot loop issue that the device seems to have where it will go into a never-ending boot loop.
LG later came out to say that the issue can easily be fixed by replacing some parts of the LG Nexus 5X but it was later announced that LG ahs run out of the parts needed to get the issue fixed.
Since there are no more parts available, the only thing LG can do right now is to refund their customers. Customers experiencing the issue will get a full refund for the device although the money might only arrive in 4 weeks time.
The LG Nexus 5X is not the only LG device that has been reported to have the boot looping issue but so far, the Nexus 5X was the only one that LG seems to care about.
