Toyota have already produced quite a few pick-up trucks, anything from the Hilus for Asia to the Tocoma for other areas globally. The same can not be said for its premium brand Lexus though.
What could we expect if Lexus decided to do the same thing. Lets leave it to car design manipulator, Theophilus Chin to make up the first blueprint. Here Theo combines the body of a Toyota Tacoma with the entire front of a Lexus LX 570.
It looks crazy and he has given it the name, the Lexus LXT. We think that some of its crazy appearance is because of the large spindle grille. Combined with the long tray in the rear of the vehicle it’s not quite so bad though, however things would most likely look better if that protective front lip was removed.
All in all, we know that the facelifted Lexus LX570 will be available in Malaysia very soon and will face competition from the equally-v8-powered QX80. If this fierce motor was ever produced would you be interested in it?
