Kingdom Hearts 3 is currently in development and it is already confirmed to be the biggest title from the franchise. Earlier today, the game’s producer, Tetsuya Nomura, teases more on the content coming with the highly anticipated title.
The lad made it clear that he has to put himself in the shoes of the game’s antagonist, Master Xehanort, when developing Kingdom Hearts 3. This way, Tetsuya will have one big goal and that is to make Sora’s adventure as difficult as ever. In this context, the protagonist is the player of the game.
With that being said, it is pretty obvious that Kingdom Hearts 3 is going to be more challenging than previous Kingdom Hearts title. On the bright side of things, Sora will continue to get the aid of his companions.
Names like Riku, Donald Duck and Goofy will all be returning to Kingdom Hearts 3. On the other hand, there will also be some new faces coming into the game. While nothing has been confirmed yet, Tetsuya has already expressed on how he would love to see characters from the Disney hit film Frozen and the heroes from Disney’s new acquisition, Marvel and Star Wars.
Names like Iron Man, Captain America, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Elsa are all part of Tetsuya’s wishlist and the lad will surely go the extra mile to see the characters being added into the game. With a star-studded line-up, the producer will also look to add new villains and many expect it to be Darth Vader. After all, the Sith Lord is the most prolific of them all.
