Back in January this year, Square Enix shared that Kingdom Hearts 3 has suffered a delay in production as it needs more time to integrate with the newly-developed Unreal 4 game engine. Unfortunately, the game developer failed to share on how long the delay will be.
Now, fans of the Kingdom Hearts series can refer to Amazon for a better idea on when Kingdom Hearts 3 will make its debut. The online retailer had just put Kingdom Hearts 3 up for pre-order and quoted the expected release date to be on December 31, 2015.
Of course, the aforementioned date is merely a placeholder and Amazon decided on it because they believe that there is no way for Kingdom Hearts 3 to debut next year.
Then again, this is merely Amazon’s expectation on Kingdom Hearts 3 and it is still best to take it with a pinch of salt. Knowing Square Enix, they will surely address the fans on this soon so stay tuned.
