When it comes to watches, it is always the Swiss the produce the best of them. Now, word has it that the iWatch will be relying on Swiss super brand, TAG Heuer to give it some quality of a great watch.
The head of TAG Heuer, Jean-Claude Biver, proudly revealed that the company is collaborating with Apple in the production of the iWatch. This is typical of Apple as it continues to be the luxurious brand in the tech industry. As such, it is only right for the Cupertino-based company to rely on other luxurious entity.
TAG revealed that they don’t wish to create an iWatch that is like an iPhone. The smartphone is designed in America but developed in China. With that in mind, the iWatch could be made in Switzerland.
As awesome as it sounds, consumers will surely be worried with the iWatch’s price tag. On the other hand, Apple has yet to confirm anything from their end. With that in mind, it is better to take it with a pinch of salt while hoping for the best.
The iWatch is expected to debut in October and with such a claim being made, it will surely be different from its rivals.
