The recently released Samsung Galaxy S5 is all mighty and powerful but for those still using the old Samsung Galaxy S4, is it worth the upgrade? To understand the value of the S5, we have decided to compare it with the S4 and see if the gap between the two is too big to ignore.
There isn’t much difference when it comes to the size of both devices. Heck, even the display only differs at 0.1” between the two.
Under the hood, the S5 is definitely faster with its more updated Snapdragon 801 processor, clocked at 2.6GHz and accompanied by the Adreno 330 GPU. Even for the cameras, Samsung has equipped the S5 with a larger 16MP rear shooter. This is 3MP more than the S4. The rear camera on the S5 is capable of recording videos at 4K as well.
In terms of features, the S5 has got more to offer. Not only it is water and dust proof, but it also comes with an improved fingerprint scanner, as well as a heart rate sensor.
The S5 can certainly last longer than the S4 thanks to its larger 2800mAh battery. On top of that, users can switch to the Ultra Power Saving mode when at times of need.
Of course, all of these translates to an additional IRs10,000. What do you think? Is the 10K bill worth it?
