Jailbreak lovers on the Apple iPhone are warned by various developers from updating to iOS8.3 as doing so will only remove the jailbreak feature.
Unlike how it was with iOS 8, 8.1 and 8.2, the developers are having a hard time cracking iOS 8.3. Both Pangu and TaiG admitted that they need a lot of time before iOS 8.3 can be broken.
As such, the jailbreak users should not stray away from iOS 8.2 and keep the old firmware as the running OS on the iPhone. If the users are to heed the warnings, they will have nothing to worry about.
Pangu and TaiG claim that the jailbreak for iOS 8.3 will require about a month of development. Even so, they can’t guarantee on it. With iOS 9 coming out in less than a year’s time, the developers might just forget about iOS 8.3 and look ahead at the future version.
