There is so much noise in the gadget industry following the release of both the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the HTC One M8. It is not a fun sight for fans of the Apple iPhones and they certainly can’t wait for the iPhone 6 to arrive.
It may not be tomorrow for sure but fans can expect it to at least happen during WWDC this 2nd of June. This is after a massive marketing on the event done by Apple. It is as if something big is coming on that day. It is a 5 day event starting on 2nd June all the way to the 6th.
The event will be slightly different this year. Apple revealed that they won’t be giving away invitations. Instead, any individual who are interested to be a guest of WWDC will have to request for a ticket. The requests will be jumbled and since the capacity is limited, on the winners of the ballot will get the ticket.
The company’s senior vice president of worldwide marketing revealed that the WWDC will be the place where the latest iOS and OS X be demonstrated. Philip Schiller added that doing so will give app developers a guideline on future apps.
Of course, 200 of those coming to the WWDC are reserved for student scholarships and the National Center for Women & Information Technology. The latter will look to promote the position of women in the engineering industry.
While the iPhone 6 was unannounced, fans know that there will be more information on it happening in that same event. Then, we will know for sure if the rumours suggesting a 5.5 inch and 4.7 inch iPhone 6s are true.
