Back in September, Apple launched both the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. The former is the successor for the great iPhone 5S while the latter is the company’s first ever phablet. The clear difference in size between the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus has trapped many consumers in a dilemma in deciding which device to buy. To know for sure, consumers need to look into the following.
For starters, the iPhone 6 Plus is obviously larger and cost $100 more than the iPhone 6 on every level. Despite its size, the 6 Plus offers a higher resolution screen. The cameras also come equipped with Optical Image Stabilization. More importantly, the iPhone 6 Plus has a longer battery life.
Aside from that, both the iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6 are similar in every possible way. They are powered by the same A8 processor which means that both smartphones are equally fast to each other.
For the iPhone 6, it can be described as the iPhone 5S that is equipped with newer hardwares. Aside from that, there is nothing special with the iPhone 6 as it is more of an improved model from the predecessor.
The iPhone 6 Plus, on the other hand, has a large sharper screen which makes it ideal for watching videos, playing games and many other task that works well with a larger screen. The cons to this are that the device might have some trouble when fitting inside the pocket.
With that being said, the decision is all up to the consumers. If they wish for something small and handy but better than the iPhone 5S, there is the iPhone 6 that meets that requirement. If consumers wish to enjoy the perks of an iPhone on a large screen, they won’t regret picking the iPhone 6 Plus. As is stands, the latter is the more sought after device of the two.
