The Apple iPad Mini 3 has just been released but it failed to make a big entrance in the world of tablets. This is due to the fact that the iPad Mini 3 is simply identical to the iPad Mini 2, except for the fact that it comes with TouchID.
The latter is basically a fingerprint scanner system from Apple that allows user to unlock their device or apply various functions with their thumbprints locked on.
Despite that fact, some consumers are agitated upon witnessing that the iPad Mini 3 offers better display than the iPad Mini 2. One Redditior shared his experience at Best Buy when he noticed that the iPad Mini 3 has a brighter display than the iPad Mini 2 as both devices were placed side-by-side.
Well, it is best for consumers not to get tempted by this as the one that is displayed by retailers are often tweaked to make it more appealing for buyers. Surely, the iPad Mini 3 described above has got its brightness increased to more than the iPad Mini 2.
The technical specification does not lie when it says that the iPad Mini 3 simply comes with the TouchID feature. Apple did introduce a new display feature called the anti-reflective coating but that is only for the iPad Air 2.
