On papers, there is no denying that the iOS 7.1 is the best OS that Apple has produced for its iPhones and iPads. It comes with plenty of new features and brings in many fixes that was absent in the iOS 7.
However, off the papers, the iOS 7.1 is a complain magnet. The iOS battery gets emptied too quickly and charging it requires a lot of time. This is a major setback as the number of affected users have sky rocket ever since the issue was first discovered.
Some users reported that they lost 15% of power in just 2 hours and 10 minutes. Doing some math, the Apple devices won’t be able to last a day with this power consumption.
It gets worst for the iPhone 4S. It seems that the device can’t connect to a Wi-Fi any longer. Users are desperate for a fix and Apple has yet to officially address this mayhem.
With the Galaxy S5 nearing its release, Apple better react quickly or risk losing their users to their arch nemesis, Samsung.
