iOS 7.1 Glitch Lets Users Hide Unused Apps For Good

Glitches are a user’s worst nightmare as it affects the way the program works. Even the developers share the same fear. The latest iOS 7.1 from Apple was only recently released and like most other softwares and programs, there are glitches.

However, the glitch on this firmware is surprisingly something positive. Whenever an iPhone or iPad is purchased, there are often those stock apps which are unwanted. Even removing them is impossible. With the glitch, least used apps like Stocks and Newsstand can now be hidden for good.

Before the process starts, do make sure that the dock at the bottom of the Apple device is full of icons. Similarly, the home screen should be full of icons and folder-less. If all is well, users will then have to tap down on app to active the ‘Wobble’ mode.

Now, select the apps that users wish to hide and drag them to another useless app and it should auto-create a folder. Quickly drag the unwanted folder and place it in an already created folder. This might take some tries.

If done, users can then delete all the apps in the bigger folder. When returning to the main menu, the folder will appear to be empty. To hide it completely, pull the smaller folder all the way to the home screen. It will disappear automatically.

Again, this is a great glitch that iOS users can tap on. Apple might be great with its products and services but at times, some things can just be an eyesore. With this glitch, there won’t be such a thing anymore.
