Then again, 7jailbreak claims that the untethered iOS 7.1 is developed by a popular jailbreaker, Joshua Hill. The lad, which is better known as POsixninja, denied any affiliations with 7jailbreak and warned the masses that it is nothing more than a hoax.
Those who are victimized by this trickery revealed that the iOS 7.1 jailbreak is nothing more than an adware that will flood in tons of advertisements into the iPhone.
As such, it is with great importance to warn iPhone users from applying the update. The best thing iPhone users could do is to wait for official announcements form Evasi0n.
