Toyota are very well known for producing good pick-up trucks and judging by the lastest Hilux, they intend to keep that this way.
Let’s take a look at the images and see what they can tell us.
The first thing that we lay our eyes on is the Highlander-cum-Corolla grille which has been seperated into chrome horixontal bars. Recently this has become one of Toyota’s trademark features.
It looks like this new Hilux is a lot bigger than the models released before it.
It is expected that the car will be powered by a 2.5 litre and/or a 3 litre diesel engine and that it will also offer an extra optional 4 litre petrol V6.
It will compete up against rivl pick-ups including the Mmazda BT50, the VW Amorak, the Nissan Frontier anf the Ford Ranger.
The Hilux will most likely be on the market towards the end of this year or at the start of 2015.
