There has been a mass rumour over the internet of an untethered jailbreak for iOS 7 and iOS 6.1.3/6.1.4 currently being developed for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
According to iH8sn0w, the developer of Sn0wbreeze, they now have access to the iOS 6.1.3 kernel dumps for all iOS devices. However, the team had been inviting volunteers to assist with the kernel dump for iOS 6.1.3 and 6.1.4 which will help in the overall development of the Jailbreak for iPads.
In terms of progress, iH8sn0w is currently in the finalizing stages on untethering bootstrap. The duration is still unknown but the target release is still fixed to be before 2014 for the official untethered jaibreak.
It was only until recently when hackers, MuscleNerd in particular, revealed that the iOS 7.0.3 update is safe for installation. Also, the iOS 7 jailbreak development is picking up in speed. On another note, the development of iOS 6.1.3/6.1.4 has been going on for quite some time.
Amidst all the rumours being circulated, we can be certain to witness the Jailbreak release for both iOS 7 and iOS 6 for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch soon enough.
